2. How is shipping calculated? 
We offer free shipping for all orders in Hong Kong and orders of HKD$900 or above. A flat rate of HKD$120 will be charged for international orders under HKD$900.


3. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. The delivery time may take up to 8 business days depends on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you your tracking number by email.
*Kindly note that shipping may delay during holiday season or unforeseeable disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.


4. Do you charge duties and taxes?
We do not charge any extra fees other than the total order amount and shipping fee (if applicable). All orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means that buyer is responsible for any import duties. We do not have control over these fees and is not responsible for these fees. Please check with your local custom authority for more information.


5. I have provided the wrong address/ My address is updated.
Please contact us at as soon as possible. If you order has been dispatched, we will try our best to liaise with our courier partner.


6. I have not received my order but tracking shows that it is delivered.
Please contact us within 7 business days of the delivered date for assistance.


*Kindly note that it is your responsibility to provide us the correct shipping address and watch out for your delivery. We are not responsible for any uncollected packages due to unsuccessful delivery attempts and incomplete/wrong address.
